Responsibilities:
1.Manage plant process improvement activities as well as new machine development, applying automation technology to increase plant productivity.
2.Report progress and completion of new projects and maintain up-to-date record of capital assets.
3.Monitors maintenance costs and develops methods to reduce or minimize controllable costs.
4.Schedules assigned personnel to insure maintenance coverage for all manufacturing operations.
5.Participates in production and other meetings to plan department operations and objectives.
6.Provides support to process improvement projects and other equipment upgrades, replacements or relocations as required.
7.Maintain electrical power supply house (including diesel generator), HVAC, compressed air, fire fighting and fire prevention systems, and hot oil boilers.
8.Assists in the preparation of capital budget items and monitors the completion of capital projects. Reports project status as appropriate. Serves as project manager as appropriate.
9.Ensures that assigned work areas are maintained to provide a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirement:
1.Minimum 8 years’ experience in maintenance of production facilities/ equipments in which at least 3 years in management position.
2.Good communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking in required. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
3.Ability manage and lead by example
4.Must meet strict deadlines
5.Computer literate
6.Good command of English;
