职位描述
主要职责:Main Responsibilities:
· 负责部门日常销售行为管理和监督,带领团队完成公司下达的销售任务
· 负责提升部门运营能力,制定、评估销售策略
· 研究、分析、归类、挖掘各种经营数据,发现及反馈市场信息,及时调整销售策略
· 开展竞争对手分析和市场发展趋势调研,对产品的优化与完善提供建设性意见并协助MD改善客户关系
· 有效捕捉所辖团队之KA机会,并高效的使资源从TS团队流向KA团队,并协助KA团队深挖客户需求,提供专业的招聘解决方案
· 有效控制销售预算
· 管理团队,优化团队,引导团队成员个人发展,组织团队建设
· 协调团队与其他部门之间关系,保持协调合作
· MD临时安排之其他事宜
- Daily sales management of teams, to lead the teams to achieve targets.
- Be responsible for improving the operation ability of teams, working out and assessing sales strategy
- Study, analyze, classify, dig up all the operation data, to discover and give feedback of markets and adjust the sales strategy in time
- Do the investigation of competitors and markets, to give advice of product improvement and perfect, help MD improve the customer relationship
- Catch the opportunity of KAs from the teams, and transfer the leads from TS to KA effectively. Help KA dig the requirement of customer and offer effective HR solution
- Manage the sales budget effective
- Manage the team, optimize the team, lead the personal development of team members, organize the team growing
- Coordinate the relationship of teams and other departments to make sure the cooperation.
- Other missions from MDs.

- 达标或超标完成月度、季度和年度销售目标。
- 有效的通过数据分析提升部门整体营运能力。
- 与KA团队一起使现有资源和新开发资源之价值最大化。
- 按MD要求,提供精确的竞争对手分析报告。
- 根据公司整体运营要求,在提升所辖部门人才竞争力的同时,营造一个高效、和谐的销售文化。
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual overall sales target.
- Improve the operation of teams by effective data analysis
- Maximize the value of both existing and new leads with KA team.
- Provide accurate competitor analysis report base on MD’s request
- According to company operation request to improve the competitiveness as well as to build an effective and harmony sales environment.
技能要求:Areas of Expertise:-
- 年龄32岁以上,大专及以上学历,性别不限,
- 从事终端客户销售工作8年以上,具备5年以上销售管理经验,曾经带领100人以上团队取得过良好业绩
- 良好的大局观及较强的战略规划能力
- 有较强的运营管理能力,良好的数据统计、分析能力
- 具有良好的人格魅力、优秀的沟通表达能力及组织协调能力
- 工作积极主动,责任心强,非常强的目标追逐感。
- 32 years old or above, diploma or above, male or female
- Have been in the sales for over 8 years, with 5 years or above sales management experience. Had been managing team over 100 people and excellent result achieved
- With good big picture thinking ability and strong strategy planning ability
- Good operational ability. Good ability with statics and analysis
- Charming personality and excellent communication and coordination ability
- Proactive with work, strong responsibility and aggressive to target
