Responsibility:
1） Lead and supervise quality engineering team for quality project;
2） Drive and work with production, Engineering for the quality corrective action and improved;
3） Customer complaint issue handling and leading for the report submission;
4） Engineering and process change control, review and approval;
5） Process failure and customer failure analyze for the root cause identification;
6） Customer and End customer visit for the issue identification and proposal solution discussion;
7） Regular Layer process audit for process and system compliance verification and identification;
8） Production line, process design, new process, new technical solution, new equipment qualification and approval

of using on the specific lines;
9） Customer PPAP preparation and submission, regular record and reporting of overall quality status to management

team, as well as customer required reporting document package;
10) Set up and maintain quality document of different levels.;
11) Key members of MRB (material review board). RMA issue review, regular warranty return review;
12) Coach and training and direction for the QA team;

Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above in engineering , 2 plus years experience in quality management;

2) overseas experience or foreigners in china are preferred;

3) Familiar with quality tools of SPC, FMEA, Control plan, PPAP, MSA etc tools, Minitab software of data analyze.;
4) Good English(at least CET6,TOEFL,IELTS) communication skills with both internal team and external team parties;
5) Experience with semiconductor packaging is a plus /preferred;
6) Familiar with General Mil-STD, Jedec, IPC etc internal standard and requirement with RF PA modules is pulsed;
7) Team work and pro-active attitude;
8) Familiar with quality system ( ISO9000, TS16949 , EICC, ISO14000 etc);

9) Lean Green Belt and Six Sigma Green(Black) Belt certification are preferred;

10) Demonstrates advanced functional, technical, people and/or process management skills;
