我司专业从事产品展示架的设计，制作，现寻求一名高级产品工程师加入我们的团队，应聘者应具备以下条件：
1.引导初级工程师往高级工程师方向发展。
2.和产品设计师，业务团队以及客户一起合作确保设计要求到最高标准
3.和工程，图纸，手板以及产品部门一起以确保概念能顺利转化为产品。
4.和工程部一起出CAD图纸
5.和工厂沟通估价，确保我们的设计能够盈利生产，强调任何在生产可能出现的问题。
6.确保图纸符合客人所有的要求并保证按时完成。
7.拥有超强的研究能力，思维发展能力，工程图纸旨在传播设计理念并综合考虑生产。
8.一流的表达技巧并非常的谨慎。
9.拥有产品展示架相关行业经验。
10.拥有和产品生产以及手板评估的相关经验。
11.理解五金，塑胶以及注塑工艺。
12.富有设计激情以及美学眼光。
技能要求：
1.正规工业设计专业毕业。
2.拥有5年产品展示架或者相关行业工作经验。
3.熟练操作SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD, PRO E等软件，以及能够出详细的生产图纸。
4.如会3D MAX更佳
5.书面英语和口语优秀者，优先考虑。我们也会提供相关培训。

1.Leading, mentoring and guiding junior to senior designers
2.Work with the designers, sales team and clients to ensure that all design requirements are met and designs adhere to the highest standards
3.Work with the engineering, graphics, prototype and production departments to ensure smooth transition from concept to production
4.Create CAD drawings in conjunction with the engineering department
5.Work with outside suppliers to calculate costs, ensure the design can be produced within budget, and address any issues that might arise in manufacturing
6.Ensure all requirements set forth by the client are met and projects are consistently delivered on time
7.Great design skills from research, to concept development, to technical drawings all the way through to communicating design ideas and overseeing manufacturing
8.Excellent presentation skills and eye for detail
9.Experience designing consumer products and or point of purchase (POP) displays
10.Experience working closely with manufacturers and reviewing prototypes
11.Understanding of manufacturing including knowledge of metal fabrication, plastic fabrication and injection molding
12.Passion for design and an eye for aesthetics
and possess the following attributes:
Skill requirement：
1.Formal education in Industrial Design or Engineering
2.Must have 5+ years of design/engineering experience in consumer products or retail/POP industry
3.Must have advanced knowledge of SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD, PRO E and the ability to create detailed drawings for manufacturing
4.Familiarity with 3D MAX software would be an advantage however not essential
5.Ability to understand spoken and written English would also be an advantage however training will be offered to the successful candidate
