Main Responsibilities

Develop, design some prospective and attractive product, combine personal understanding into market requirement to achieve unique product;

Communicate with application engineer/sales/customer to understand customer requirements, design and prepare samples to meet customer requirements specified in datasheet and deliver on time;

Develop new product and carry out testing and failure analysis of samples to ensure the quality of samples;

Working with Production and Quality department to ensure the smooth running of new product process and provide technical support;

Assist operation cost down project to find and evaluate the resource for new material, technology and process;

Create product development documents according to ISO9000 standard and company work flow;

Train technician/operator for sample making and lab testing procedure.

Other tasks that appointed by supervisor;

Performance Measurement

Profit margin and achievement on the new design product

Design consideration on material reusing and implement on warehouse inventory consumption

On time drawing, BOM finish

Qualifications

Work Experience

10+ years related experience in Mechanical design, especial on metal part, electrics part, foreign company working experience preferred

Proficient with Solid word and Pro-E

Self motivated with positive thinking and "can do" working attitude;

Result oriented

Good communication and problem solving ability

Good English in both written and speaking

Education

Bachelor required, major at Mechanical design is perfect
