职位描述
RESPOSIBILITIES
1. Manufacturing
Develop and improve manufacturing line to increase manufacturing efficiency.
2. Manufacturing process
- Maintain workshop line layout to comply with manufacturing policy;
- Improve line balance and secure Ergonomics;
- Improve floor material Providing and Handling flow;
- Assembly fixture and jigs maintenance and repair;
- Provide prompt support to production avoiding line stop;
- Attend Daily production meeting and follow-up relative actions required;
- Develop line work instructions and train operators/Improve line efficiency.
3. OTDM Performance
- Maintain line running smoothly to ensure product is produced according to PMC schedule.
4.New Projects Introduction
- Understand new project requirement, develop fixture, equipment, SOP, flowchart, PFMEA.
5.Quality Performance
- Optimize manufacturing process and quality control points to ensure quality KPI on target.
6.Cost control
- Manage maintenance cost and optimize capacity investment;
- Assembly cost calculation, analysis, improvement to maximize the our product profit.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Above 3 years IE experience in manufacturing factory;
2.Master lean production, have been had specialized training, Experience with the LEAN tools, (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Kanban, TPM, JIT, Cell production, SMED;
3.Have had successful lean improvement project experience;
4.Good English in speaking and writing;
5.Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skill.
