Title: RFT Clerk
I. Position Summary


This position is responsible for performing assigned RFT functions (RFT input, RFT data store, RFT systematization) raised from HKSC sales team to ensure completion of RFT filing within defined timeline and quality, so as to achieve team & individual performance target set by management team, meet SSE requirements and ultimately gain customer satisfaction.


II. Primary Accountabilities


1. Take full responsibility for RFT functions ((RFT input, RFT data store, RFT systematization) in a timely and accurate manner. Follow the timeline request to complete the RFT filing.
2. Comply with standard function process to complete functional task. Keep abreast of changes on SSE rules & regulations.
3. Cooperate closely with HKSC sales staff to clarify doubts/uncertainties/issues if information provided is ambiguous/incomplete/against compliance with SSE rules & regulations.
4. Share cases or errors occurred during function implementation process in a transparent and timely manner to ensure smooth information flow.
5. Participate in process continuous improvement activities and projects; proactively raise process/system improvement proposals to team leaders or supervisors.
6. Adhere to functional arrangements on functions, holiday roster, including overtime when necessary to meet business needs.



III. MINIMUM Requirements
- Colleague or University Graduate
- With 1-2 year working experience is same or similar industry is needed.
- 1 year work experience, Experience in the logistic field is preferred
- Data Entry skill; Analytical thinking and problem solving skills; Oral and written English skills; PC skill
-Ability to manage data; Be patient; Data sensitiveness High level of numeracy and attention to detail. Ability to problem solve, identify trends.
- Ability to manage data collection.
- Working experience in shipping lines or related business is preferred.
