<P>The Accounting Supervisor insepects fundamentally the Zhongshan showroom financial records and coordinates annual financial audits. Furthermore s/he prepares financial and tax reports according to government and regulatory authority rules.</P>

<P>Key Responsibilities:</P>
<P>1.Administer and monitor the book keeping system and interpreting the results</P>
<P>2.Bookkeeping transactions of debtors and creditors</P>
<P>3.Booking all kinds of cost at regular intervals and on time</P>
<P>4.Organizing monthly closing</P>
<P>5.Generate business reports to PC management</P>
<P>6.Prepare monthly financial analysis/statements to the PC management</P>
<P>7.Report Finance Manager about any financial inconsistencies or irregularities</P>
<P>8.Support other departments with accounting information for planning and forecasts</P>
<P>9.Pursue,encourage,comply and exceed all standards,procedures and guidelines by Porsche/Porsche China</P>
<P>10.Regular monitoring,analysing and enhancing of all established work related processes according to Porsche/Porsche China</P>
<P>11.Completing monthly tax filing,annual tax filing,annual transfer price documentation,annual checks</P>

<P>Attributes:</P>
<P>1.At least 3 years working experience in the accounting area or in a similar position</P>
<P>2.Minimum college degree;university degree in accounting/controlling preferred</P>
<P>3.Excellent communication skills in Chinese,English is a plus</P>
<P>4.Good computer skills(MS office, Lotus Notes,Accounting software)</P>
<P>5.Strong knowledge about government,local regulations</P>
<P>6.Honest and reliable personality,self-motivated</P>
<P>7.Ability to work independently as well as in teams</P>
<P>8.Works well under pressure</P>
<P>9.Excellent organisational and analytical skills</P>
<P>10.Willing to learn and to adapt to change</P>
