The qualified Quality Engineer (Toy) will work with US product integrity engineers to handle product quality requirements. The position will implement quality assurance programs to ensure the product quality comply with company requirements, international safety standards and client requirements.

Interested in the day to day duties?

· Work with US Product Integrity Engineers to handle product quality requirements

· Work with Project Engineer to solve quality issue from new product development

· Work with Manufacturing Support Engineer to solve quality issue from product process

· Work with other departments to ensure product design meeting international safety standard and retailers’ protocols

· Work with suppliers to ensure product quality meeting with our quality requirement

· Implements quality assurance programs to ensure the product quality comply with company requirements, international safety standards (such as CPSIA, EU Toys Directive, FCC, EMC & EM62115) and client requirements

· Conduct product testing and failure analysis

· Prepare QA Specifications (including product specification, inspection procedure and qualification plans) for Kids II Merchandisers

· Communicate with third party laboratories to ensure product safety certificate available on time

What’s your background?

· College /University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics, Industrial)or related discipline

· At least 2-3 years working experience in quality field. Previous experience in USA firm is preferred.

· Familiarize International Safety Standard in toys industry (such as CPSIA, ASTM F963, EU Toys Directive, EMC, ISO 8124, RoHS / WEEE Directives, ISO 9000, etc.).

· Knowledge of manufacturing process, inspection, testing of infant product

· Fully Conversant using Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Good interpersonal communication with good command of written and spoken English skill

· Good team player, passion, integrity and a high level of energy
