The qualified Senior Logistics Coordinator is responsible for order fulfillment on EU segment including maintenance of shipping document and manual are update at Kids II Portal.

Interested in the day to day duties?

? Order entry, product allocation, on time delivery arrangement, document preparation, RMA, rework and repackaging arrangement, and rework/packaging materials preparation

? Coordinate with affiliate office to ensure order and shipment on time, process shipment as per customer requirement

? Coordinate with FE logistics team for affiliate shipment arrival at destination

? Coordinate with US office to ensure master data and label set up

? Work closely with 3PL in EU to ensure timely and accurate delivery

? Assist in preparation and distribution report to US

? Any other shipping and logistics documentation as instructed by Manager or Directors

What’s your background?

? Bachelor degree in Logistics, Shipping or other business related discipline.

? At least 5 years of experience gained from Logistics or Shipping area, previous experience from toy industry is definite advantage.

? Strong background from production plans, material control and MRP planning.

? Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

? Fully conversant with MS Office applications. Advance Level Excel for reports and summary.

? Good team player with ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.

? Candidate with less experience or college graduated may consider as Logistics Coordinator.
