The qualified Logistic Coordinator will be responsible the design of product form and functionality for the infant box toy business. Support product ideation exercise and execute product concepts for Fall and Spring business cycles.

Interested in the day to day duties?

? Prepare, handle and negotiate full set of shipping, I/E and bank documents. Responsible for order processing and shipment consolidation.

? International order processing, consolidation and container shipment planning.

? Coordinate with suppliers to monitor on time shipment and measure vendor schedule adherence.

? Coordinate with sales admin and outsource printers to prepare VAS materials. Manage label printing on house Zebra printer occasionally.

? Compose shipping instruction and work order to 3PL and suppliers. Monitor on time delivery of VAS materials and accurate re-works.

? Support for system order processing & logistics arrangement on Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP).

? Assist in preparation and distribution report to US and HK Office.

? Any other shipping and logistics documentation as instructed by Manager or Director.

What’s your background?

? Degree in Logistics / Transportation Management or related disciplines

? At least 2 years’ experience gained from Logistics and Shipping fields. Background from toy industry is definitely an advantage

? Familiar with production plans, material control and MRP planning

? Be detail-oriented with high accuracy, able to handle multi task and work under pressure.

? Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

? Fully conversant with MS Office applications for preparing various reports.
