Responsibilities
1: Insure the right product is delivered on time to internal or external customer
2: Develops specifications, requirements and necessary procedures for prototypes .
3: Leads construction of assemblies, sub-assemblies and components. Insure prototypes are built as per agreed schedule with project engineer.
4: Plans and performs initial prototype quality testing, and advises on prototype improvements.
5: Prepare prototype validation report and lead prototype review with other department
6: Manage prototype team. Insure than skills are developed to meet prototype requirement.
7: Manage prototype stock and insure standard material availability for rapid prototyping
8: Manage prototype equipment and tooling. Maintain existing equipment and define new needs.
Qualifications:
1: Good English communication.：reading, writing and speaking
2: Bachelor degree or above on mechanical or electronic engineering
3: At least 3 years experience work as Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer. Experience in battery pack assembly is a plus.
4: Well-organized and cooperated
5: Effective communication skill
