Job Description:
-Following order processing status and update the stock control board indicating naked cell assignment status and order progress;
-Maintain visual management system for order processing, including production planning board and work order files
-Establish and maintain the supplier filing system
-Compile material requirement plan on the basis of order qty, stock level, safety stock, material lead time and forecast
-Issue purchasing orders according to stock level, MOQ, lead time, forecast etc (Information in AVL).
-Manage the updating process of controlled document issued to supplier to make sure they are always using the latest version
-Collect information and prepare regular PMC reports, stock control board, capacity planning report etc

Qualifications:
-Good English: reading, writing, speaking
-Minimum three years experience as material planner
-Well-organized and cooperated
-Effective communication skill
