The qualified Production Planner will responsible for coordinating the production activities. To confirm the PO quantity and assist prepare the production planning report and document on Kids II Portal.

Responsibilities:
> To maintain production schedule for all Kids II product
> Liaise with other business partners in production planning and operations planning
> Work out alternatives to achieve company’s target production plan
> Understand market special requests on production planning and follow through the issues to avoid production issues
> Provide different reports and summaries to support and monitor the planning process
> Coordinate and monitor vendors on production schedules. Work closely with Inventory or Logistics team in USD and HK
> Communicate with USA and HK office to ensure all production planning work completed on timely manner.Work with 3PLL or freight forwards if needed
> Assist in preparation and distribution report to US and HK Office

Requirements:
> Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or other business related course
> At least 2 – 3 years related experience from production planning area. Previous experience from toys industry is definite advantage
> Strong background from production plans, material control & MRP planning.
> Excellent interpersonal communication skill. Good analytical skills are essential.
> Conversant with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.). Advance level Excel for reports and summary is a plus.
> Good team player, passion, integrity and a high level of energy
