Responsibilities:
> Train new users how to manage their network resources (passwords, shared space, e-mail accounts, etc.)
> Configure new workstations for use on network
> Install / upgrade hardware and software
> Perform system tests, troubleshoot problems as they occur
> Assist in managing the Help Desk, handle 2nd/3rd tier support calls as needed
> Verify that all services are running, ensure that anti-virus definitions are up-to-date
> Monitor print queues, keep up on service packs and hotfixes
> Look for updates and patches
> Evaluate software for administrative purposes
> Review security permissions
> Review the systems for changes and vulnerabilities

Requirements:
> Associate / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
> At least 3 - 5 years related experience as on PC, Server and Network maintenance in Multi National Company
> Knowledge in setup, operation, monitoring and maintenance of LANs, firewalls is preferred
> Experience in Microsoft client operating systems, Microsoft office applications, Microsoft Exchange, IIS, SQL and SharePoint environment, Anti Virus / Anti Spam environment
> Experience in Disaster Recovery tools including Symantec Backup Exec is a plus
> Good customer service skill with strong analytical and problem solving skills
> Excellent interpersonal communication skill with good command in written and spoken English skills, able to provide customer support for US clients is a must
> Good team player, independent, passion, and a high level of energy
