Responsibilities:

> Carry out factory evaluation on existing factory or new factory according to company and clients requirement
> Develop corrective action plans with factories
> Educate and deliver standard compliance training to factories
> Identify and solve compliance problems with factories
> Respond to customer needs in a timely manner with minimal supervision
> Stay with a project or problem from beginning to end

Requirements:

> Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Science degree
> At least 3 years’ experience in performing code of conduct and technical audit, preferably related to the meeting requirement of Wal-Mart, Disney and/or McDonald.
> Solid experience in conducting social compliance and ethical audit
> Experience in Technical audit experience, e.g. Quality Management System
> Good knowledge of China Labor Law
> Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point)
> Good interpersonal communication with good command in both written and spoken English skill
> Good team player, passion, integrity and a high level of energy
