JOB Describe
&Assume overall accountability for the production costs and efficiency of assigned Value Stream.
&Maintain quality through all processes; reacts to quality issues and responds with corrective actions.
&Utilizes lean concepts to drive process improvements, data analysis and regular project management.
&Accountable for establishing and executing productivity projects to meet Value Stream and plant targets.
&Responsible to work with engineering and product teams to insure manufacturability of new product(s), machine specifications, plant capital
&requirements, project timelines, and production launch.
&Continually reviewing and evaluating existing operating policies, procedures, systems, schedules, equipment, etc., and overseeing the implementation of modifications and improvements.
&Regularly reviews and analyzes various types of manufacturing related reports and keeps senior management informed of significant activities and problems.
& VAVE leadership role
REQUIREMENTS
& BS in Engineering or manufacturing discipline
&3-5 years experience required in manufacturing environment
&Must apply judgment to plan and perform assigned tasks within known limits
&Constant alertness or activity
&Works with normal care to avoid serious injury to others
&Demonstrated ability/desire to learn new technologies.
&Demonstrates the Stanley Leadership Qualities
&Proactive – gets the job done

   史丹利（中山）工具有限公司是美国史丹利总公司投资企业，于2002年5月成立。公司坐落在具有“中国五金产业基地”之称的广东省中山市小榄镇，占地面积8000多平方米，现有员工500多人。
