Responsibilities:
> Handle package development on baby, infant product brands and Gears
> Directly work with US Packaging Design team and OEM vendors to keep track on new package development
> Responsible for scheduling and press check of final package artwork release.
> Develop multi-lingual package artworks for international markets by collaborating with sales, product management and packaging design teams
> Liaise with factories and packaging suppliers on cost saving ideas, quality improvement, and color consistencies across different product categories
> Work with various manufacturing vendors to ensure structural quality and color accuracy are consistent
> Interact with internal departments include project management, engineering, industrial design, marketing, product integrity and sales (on both Asia and US team)

Requirements:
> Bachelor Degree in Arts or Graphic Design
> Strong design skills and aesthetic sensibilities for baby & infant product packaging
> Minimum 5 years of related infant design experience, preferably in baby or toy industry
> Able to work under tight timeline to meet target due dates of final package artwork release
> Good command of written and spoken English skill
> Good team player, independent, passion , and a high level of energy
