Responsibilities:

>Summarize and prepare suppliers shipment inspection result

>Conduct defective and failure mode analysis

>Generate supplier performance report to support Supplier Waive Inspection System

>Conduct daily in-line inspection and shipment checking according to our Kidsii requirements

>Travelling to different city frequently and carrying out job duties independently

>Assist scheduling team to follow up POs

>Take care of ad hoc affair occurring in supplier factory and report in time

>Provide rejection inspection results and suggestions to internal team by email

>Other QC related work assigned by supervisor, manage or director

Requirements:

>College graduated or above, with at least 5 years QC work experience

>Solid experience in conducting data analysis and generate report

>Ability to read and understand technical specification and drawings

>Good interpersonal skills to communicate with internal departments, suppliers and 3^rd party labs

>Good presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

>Proficient PC skills with good knowledge in MS excel and power-point
