Get information from relative department in ZFI about work order in process
从相关部门获取去执行订单的信息
Prepare necessary documents for shipment (such as PL, invoice, etc)
准备出货的必要文件 (如装箱单, 发票等)
Contact forwarder to insure delivery timely (book vessel, container, trucks, flights…)
联系货运公司确保即时送货 (如订船, 货柜, 车, 飞机等)
Follow up goods delivery process (WH-forwarder-customer)
跟踪货物运输流程 (仓库-货运公司-客户)
Support supervisor to negotiate freight and forwarder cost
协助主管负责管理货运公司的运费
Support supervisor to Establish relating procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the logistics dept.
协助主管建立相应的程序以确保物流部畅顺运作
