Responsibilities:
>Handle all project engineering processes from prototyping to production
>Coordinate multi-disciplinary product development activities with HK, US office and vendor
>Communicate and resolve all product, quality and performance issues between factories, vendors and the product development team
>Coordinate testing of parts and completed units to determine their reliability and safety. Recommend any necessary changes and manage the implementation of the changes
>Review sketches, engineering drawings, specifications and prototypes from vendors and internal sources to determine feasibility, reliability and safety of the product
>Actively manage new product timelines and ensure that vendors are on-track to meet committed ship dates
>Work with Project Manager in the development of product in regards to safety and reliability
>Review new vendor facilities as required. Work with QC personnel to resolve any issues that arise during production. Assist vendor partners in developing engineering & production capabilities when needed
>Other engineering duties assigned by senior.

Requirements:
>Bachelor Degree Mechanical/Manufacturing/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineer or related discipline
>At least 3 - 5 years experience in toy industries for buying/trading, office/factory as project engineer on plastic/electronic/plush item
>Experience from factory background is definite assets
>Well-organized, detailed-oriented, independent and responsible
>Able to handle multi-tasks under a fast-paced environment
>Good command in written & spoken English skill
>Proficient in Windows, MS Office, Pro-E, AutoCAD
>Good interpersonal communication with passion in working
