Responsibilities :

1.Manager the Mechanical team and solve all mechanical issues.

2.Monitor the scheduling of projects and ensure deliveries

3.Review, evaluate and improve product design

4.Support production line to ensure that goals are delivered on time

5.Follow up the work of the mechanical team

6.Coordinate projects with other departments

7.Support the vendor in order to improve the quality of the samples



Requirements :

1.With at least 10 years experience in precision mechanical design (metal/plastic)

2.Management knowledge, Material knowledge, especially plastics and metal

3.Good communication skills in both written and oral English.

4.Social competence.

5.Goal and action-oriented, flexible, able to carry heavy work loads.
