此岗位为自动化机械研发方向，偏机械研究领域。

Responsibilities职责
1. New product design, including schematic design, structural design, parts selection, and drawings.
新产品设计，包括方案设计、结构设计、零件选型、设计图纸输出。
2. Mechanical analysis and calculation of new product structures, selection and verification of metal materials.
新产品结构的机械性能力学分析、材料性能的计算、选型和验证。
3. Prototyping and sample testing.
新产品样件的打样和测试。
4. New product development and mould introduction.
新产品研发项目管理以及模具导入。
5. New product process management and standardization.
新产品的制程管理，建立标准化工艺流程。
6. Continuously improve product design, optimize product performance and reliability, reduce product costs and improve product quality.
持续改进产品设计方案，持续优化产品性能和可靠性，降低产品成本，提高产品质量。

Requirements 要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above of major in Mechanical Engineering.
全日制本科或以上学历，机械设计或相关专业。
2. Min. 5+ years of direct working experiences in mechanical design (2+ years working experience for Master degree).
5年以上机械或结构设计工作经验（研究生学历宽放至2年以上工作经验）。
3. Familiar with 2D/3D drawing software, mechanical analysis software, and simulation software.
熟练掌握主流2D/3D的制图软件，力学分析软件、仿真软件。
4. Able to independently complete the design, familiar with metal processing, automation mechanisms and principles
能够独立完成设计方案，熟悉金属加工、自动化机构及原理。
5. Knowledge of the characteristics of metal materials, surface treatment, heat treatment processes and verification.
掌握五金材料特性、了解金属表面处理、热处理的工艺和验证。
6. Experience in plastic injection moulds and hardware moulds is preferred
有注塑模具和五金模具相关经验者优先考虑。
7. Able to independently select motors, pneumatic components, sensors and other standard parts.
能够独立选型电机、气动元件、传感器等标准件。
8. Strong analytical and hands-on skills.
较强的分析能力和动手能力。
9. Good teamwork and communication skills
具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通技能。
