1、 负责开拓所负责区域新的血液净化中心项目开发、探寻潜在的合作机会和模式;

2、 根据公司战略发展目标，选择开拓选择进入新市场的优先级标准、优化各项资源，制定策略、起草合同、商务谈判，预结算编制、审核，项目成本分析等；

3、 参与新中心选址工作，并负责落实执行；

4、 负责可开设血液净化中心地区的卫生行政主管部门的相关行政审批事务，并维持良好的合作关系；负责各种相关证照、许可审批材料的准备和递交工作，做好内外沟通协调工作，持续不断改进以符合国家和公司的规定和要求；

5、负责中心建设过程中及运营过程中所需要协调的外部公关事务；

6、组织收集、分析并定期汇报适时的行业商情，基于当前现状定期汇总制作相关前瞻性的分析报告、开拓新项目的建议定期给到公司管理层。

任职要求：

1、两年及以上销售经验、市场拓展或政府事务相关工作经验；

2、有较强的沟通能力、分析判断力、人际关系处理能力、计划与执行能力；

3、有血透行业相关工作经验或当地卫生行政部门工作经验者优先；

4、有医疗卫生服务行业或政府资源、渠道者优先;

5、了解国家相关的卫生政策、信息、法律法规等。
