Responsibilities:

1.As the key actor in our operations, to manage the flow from Customers orders reception to the finished-goods delivery at final destination in order to respect the quality, the lead time and the costs.

2.Supervise the team in charge of the Customs, Shipping, Inventory, Material requirement planning Material procurement and Production Planning of the factory and ensure the best service rate towards customers.

3.To coordinate with the departments in Uniross Subsidiaries abroad to ensure a clear communication, define priorities and monitor the best development of the activities and projects

4.To coordinate with other teams in ZUI to ensure the support of the introduction of new products.

5.Supervising the customs activity to ensure all related imports and exports being complied with the state customs regulation. Coordinating with relevant departments to get all the information for the custom contract, to complete the contract and to get the custom approval on time. To follow up the contract qty balance to make sure meeting the order forecast

6.Supervising the factory Logistics to ensure all deliveries are efficiently performed properly and timely. To work with logistics cost reduction plan and give suggestion on efficient logistics work flow.

7.To supervise the warehouse daily operation to ensure the goods receiving, records, FIFO, final packing and delivery preparation. To implement warehouse process and monitor regularly the results to ensure the inventory accuracy. To implement action in order to optimize the level of stock.

Qualifications

? Confirmed experience in Production Planning and/or Supply Chain and/or Logistics and/or Sales Administration

? English: Fluent at speaking, reading and writing

? Well-organized and excellent communication skill

? Good at computer and office software including Movex, Excel & Word
