MAIN RESPONSIBILIITY
Purpose:
Take lead for driving the improvement of product quality through data analysis from Customer com-plaints, Non-conformities (material from supplier), Internal processing, root cause investigation by coordination with Manufacturing Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers.

Main responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement the organization's quality strategy and manage quality control, quality assurance professionals.
2.Define the appropriate and adequate quality procedures and measures of control for the process and satisfy client’s expectation by meeting the quality standards.
3.Have the ability and experience for training Quality supervisors, engineers and Inspectors.
4.Involve in Customer complaints & corrective actions, problem-solving with Marketing & sales, En-gineering, Suppliers, etc.
5.Leverage supplier quality and material resources to make real improvements in the quality of supplied materials.
6.Continuous improvement of in-processing quality by data collection, analysis, and corrective ac-tions for the top issues, improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost and improve cycle.
7.Arrange customer, the third side internal quality system audit
8.Other temporary work assigned by supervisor.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATION
PROFESSIONAL:
1.Good Knowledge for ISO14001/ISO9001/TS16949/ Six Sigma, black belt is perfect
2.Over ten years for independently running a quality team
3.Well know how to use the quality tools hands-on and connection with per-formance
4.Got trained and experiences for implementation of six sigma tools and con-cept
5.Well know whole procedures and QC documents for NPI: PPAP, FMEA, BOM, Flow chart, Drawings, BOM, MSA, GR&R’s, Cpk, etc..
6.Well know SPC tools
