Responsibilities:

1.Prepare, handle and negotiate full set of shipping, I/E and bank documents. Responsible for order processing and shipment consolidation.

2.International order processing, consolidation and container shipment planning.

3.Coordinate with suppliers to monitor on time shipment and measure vendor schedule adherence.

4.Coordinate with sales admin and outsource printers to prepare VAS materials. Manage label printing on in house Zebra printer occasionally.

5.Compose shipping instruction and work order to 3PL and suppliers. Monitor on time delivery of VAS materials and accurate re-works.

6.Communicate with HK and USA office to ensure smooth logistics operation.

7.Support for system order processing & logistics arrangement on Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP).

8.Assist in preparation and distribution report to US and HK Office.

9.Any other shipping and logistics documentation as instructed by Manager or Director.

Requirements:

1.Degree in Logistics / Transportation Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years experience gained from Logistics and Shipping fields.

2.Background from toy industry is definitely an advantage, and familiar with production plans, material control and MRP planning.

3.Be detail-oriented with high accuracy, able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure.

4.Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

5.Fully conversant with MS Office applications for preparing various reports.
