职位描述
ISP Support ( on board date: after Chinese New Year)
Key Tasks:
Administration related tasks:
-Daily administration tasks, including housekeeping, purchasing, delivery, courier.
-Stationery ordering/management/distribution
-Statistics collection & manual report etc
-Admin arrangement for internal and external customer.
-Manage & monitor local Vendor.
-Admin assistance to HR function.
-Performs other duties as requested.
Finance related tasks:
-Maintain record of vendors and work on vendor management
-Maintain Fixed assets and perform physical count on frequent basis
-Reconciliation work if needed
-End of Month / Quarter / Year closing work in close collaboration with SHA FIN
-Issuance of tax fapiao on monthly basis and fapiao buying/reporting work with local tax bureau
-Monthly Tax filing and coordinate with local tax bureau for any tax relevant matters
-Custodian of petty cash
-Handle all cash receipt and payment, Make records of IOUs, make sure all IOUs are settled on time
-Count physical cash and prepare cash report per requested
-Capital exchange settlement
-Monthly staff's meter payments
-Maintain relationship with local banks, make sure we can get bank statement on timely basis
-Performs other duties as requested.

-As per tasks defined by HSE Delegate

-Mandarin / Good spoken & written English
