Responsibilities

1 Coordination and project follow up between departments in Forsee
China

2 Responsible
to draft project planning and project plan

3 Responsible
for organizing product costing and mock up

4 Responsible
to draft the design input for design team

5 Responsible
to follow up design for his project with project team members

6 Develop
necessary project documentation during Design process

7 Responsible
to organize and animate the design review

8 Responsible
for organizing the industrialization of the product under his responsibility
with project team members.

9 Develop necessary project documentation
during Industrialization process (Reference creation form, custom contract
information…)

10 Responsible for organizing and
animate the pre serie preparation and review

11 ECN implementation
in factory and action plan issuing

12 Responsible for project support
during Mass production

Qualifications
/ 职位要求:

Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.

Bachelor degree or above on mechanical,
electro-chemical or electronic engineering

-
At least 5 years working experience，project management
experience necessary, design experience is preferable.

Good computer skill (Microsoft office, project,
CAD)

-
Strong ability on project management,
decision-making and problem solving.

Familiar with ISO 9000

-
Experience in battery field is preferable

-
Experience in multinational company is
preferable (European or US
company)

Well-organized and cooperated.

Effective communication skill.
