I. Position Summary

To handle PO verification, General accounting, period closing, G & A expenses variance explanation, non-cash reconciliation a/c, management reporting, budgeting of branch offices.

II. Primary Accountabilities

- Record billing and collections

- Clear up the cash reconciliation report o/s items within the follow period.

- Prepare non-cash reconciliation reports

- Verify operation and administrative expenses against PO

- Prepare G & A expense variance explanation reports on a period basis.

- Review G & A expense report and ensure that all expenses are recorded on time.

- Assist budget preparation and control.

- Prepare management report

- Billing VAT invoice

III. MINIMUM Requirements

A. At least 3-4 years relevant working experience

B. With Assistant Accountant Cert and CET-6

C. Good PC skill (Microsoft office – Word, Excel, Outlook; Windows ); familiar with SAP or EPR system

D. Fluent Mandarin and good command of English

E. Initiative, responsive & proactive, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, Willing to accept challenges

F. Solid knowledge of accounting and finance reporting

G. Demonstrated experience in handling finance processes in the PRC.
