Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers,outsourcing team,freight forwarders and external suppliers to make sure the shipment is scheduled in advance and booked on time.
Check customer's shipping requirements closely to make sure the shipping is arranged accurately.
Familiar with customer's requirements on shipping documents and make sure to dispatch the full and correct documents to customers on time.
Advise customers and outsourcing team the shipment status and shipping information on time.
Actions on Claims and Complain on time.
Maintain shipping data on daily basis and access shipping and forwarder's performance on monthly basis.
Qualifications:
1﹑大专以上学历；
2﹑英文听、说、读、写流利；
3﹑具有5年以上外贸公司船务单证经验，有信用单证制作经验；
4﹑熟悉外贸流程，能独立作业；
5﹑具船务单证主管经验者优先。
