岗位职责:

1、对销售公司整个供应链的运作负责，参与制定公司的发展战略，与年度经营计划、预算、组织制定并实施供应链战略规划；

2、负责改善公司供应链流程，制定并完善切实可行的供应商、采购、仓储物流，实施监控和管理，并根据业务的变化不断优化；

3、合理调配资源，搭建供应链信息系统化平台，建立合理的供应链业务作业流程与管理机制，是坪效，人效***化；

4、具有较高的服务意识，制定业务流程的作业标准，尊重时效，尊重质量；

5、利用后台数据，定期分析运营状况，供应，库存，周转，投诉，破损指标，监督商品部门工作，发现问题，解决问题；

6、熟悉仓配管理，熟悉ERP系统；

任职资格:

1、本科以上学历，至少5年以上供应链相关领域工作经验，至少3年以上管理经验；

2、对企业供应链管理具备深厚的专业背景与丰富的实操经验，拥有丰富的计划管理、成本控制、采购管理、物流管理方面的经验；

3、高度的责任心及必须的职业素养，可以承受高强度的工作压力；

4、优秀的分析、沟通、协调、谈判和领导能力。
