Maintain receipts and payments with bank and cash;
Expense reports, invoices and payment requests checking and inputting into accounting system;
Maintenance of cash register & petty cash book;
Preparation and issuance of invoices;
Cash flow forecast;
Filing of contracts, vouchers and bank related documents;
Other ad hoc assignments.
