职位描述
This position reports to Finance Director, which provide IT leadership and direction to support our ever growing business needs.
The main accountabilities include:
Provides people leadership. Participates in activities such as work planning, process development, resource optimization, employee goal setting, coaching, hiring decisions, and performance monitoring. Trains or mentors staff.
1.Customer Service Focus
?Ensure internal and external end users benefit from implemented system enhancements and provide visibility and measurement of results against customer service metrics.
?Create relationship with key customers, Converse factories and stakeholders to influence and execute within company strategic direction.
?Develop and maintain policies, procedures and best practices on soliciting and communicating procedures
?Research new technology and process solutions to satisfy documented operational needs of CTS.
?Lead the team to provide desktop and LAN support to users residing in CTS office, country offices, DCs and factories on defined Service Level Agreement documents.
?Analyze, diagnose, trouble-shoot problems
?Assume ownership for total problem resolution process, collaborating with regional and corporate IT support groups as needed.
2.IT Project Management
?Implementation of regional driven project plans in local office.
?Collaborate with global project team on local business requirements.
?Responsible for creating and planning IT budget of capital requirement, leasing and operational requirement
3.Provide escalation and management of Infrastructure issues by liaising & communicating with service provider and business throughout the end to end process. Ensure escalated issues are addressed and resolved within business SLA.
4.IT Strategy Planning and Implementation
?Software, hardware upgrade strategy planning and implementation based on corporate strategies and policies.
?Develop local IT strategies/policies that effectively address business needs.
?Lead and execute corporate and local IT procedures and best practices.
5.IT Administration and people management
Requirements:
?University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
?A professional IT qualification certification in related disciplines.
?Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT service with significant end-user interaction with 1-2 years in supervisory role
?Exposure to multi-national corporation will be an asset
?On-hand experience in working with outsourcing team
?Good command of both written/spoken English and Mandarin
?Experience in IT project management practical experience in network design, application system development and end user support;
?Experience with relational database management systems
?strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and organizational and timekeeping skills to interact with people, lead your team, attend meetings, conduct interviews, and solve problems for the various departments of a company;
?Strong at setting up the IT strategy and policy, managing system and infrastructure;
?Outsourced resources performance management; Telecom/Network Environment support
