Job Responsibilities:
- Keep proper booking on each files
- Correct the wrong bookings if necessary
- Provide details to DP/CS for follow up the problematic files
- Keep the NNR shipments not older than two month
- Provide the documents for loss aprroval if necessary
- Keep file closing ratio within KPI
- Ensure job costing / auto closing are correctly
- To take up additional tasks as assigned
- Back up for other team members when necessary





Job Requirements:
- Practical clerical experience
- Accounting knowledge is preferable
- Forwarding / Logistic is preferable
- Hands on computer skill, knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Good communication skill
- Good written and spoken English, Fluent written and spoken of Mandarin
