Responsibilities:
1. Manage and guide members of team in following areas: EMC and Products Safety.
2. Identify and implement the necessary safety and regulatory tests required for a product,
3. Liaise with the relevant authorities to ensure that products are tested according to the specifications, including EMC/ESD, temperature and safety measurement,
4. Plan appropriate resources for pre-testing, verification and final testing,
5. Improve the compliance test process, procedure and guide,
6. Audit the test laboratories to verify the capability, competence and accreditation validity,
7. Ensure that the products are produced without any banned substances,
8. Maintain the in-house test equipment and keep in good condition,
9. Recommend corrective actions for compliance test failures.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrinical or Electronic Communications Engineering,
2. With at least 8 years of relevant experience in performing safety and EMC compliance regulations of EMS industry.
3. Familiarity with products in digital consumer electronics or professional audio/video,
4. Good knowledge of worldwide regional safety and regulatory standards and requirements,
5. Good communication skills in both written and oral English.
