岗位职责

• 负责协调整合公司内部资源及对外公共关系水、电、气等的维护以达到公司整体效益最大化的目标；

• 协助配合新项目中招投标准备、协调、商务谈判及合同签约等工作；

• 负责新项目启动前和设计图纸有关的所有细节条件要求整理和汇总；

• 监督完成新项目图纸的设计和规划；项目建设施工过程中与设计方、施工单位、监理单位等的协调与沟通

• 组建新项目实施中承担甲方代表职责的项目管理团队，监督落实跟进项目的进展情况；

• 协调处理新项目实施中出现的问题，负责监督现场的安全管理工作；

• 根据合同标准进行现场的质量监督、检验、检查，工期与造价，验收管理；

• 定期参加项目部会议，及时汇报新项目进展；

• 协助新设独立血液净化中心或诊所施工、消防、医疗机构执业及社会医疗保险等各种相关证照、许可审批材料的准备、递交、批准及后续跟进工作；

• 新项目落地验收合格后与现场医疗、护理及运营团队的所有交接工作；

• 负责建立并及时更新公司项目管理流程，收集汇总所有相关的项目管理内容，形成标准项目管理手册；

任职要求：

• 工程学、建筑设计、项目管理或商务管理等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
• 对于全国各个区域新建及运营血液净化中心/诊所相关的现行法律法规、政策等相关知识有最新的了解；
• 有医疗行业,医疗服务行业或卫生行政机构相关项目管理工作经验者优先
• 有较强的项目协调、沟通谈判能力、分析判断力、人际关系处理能力、计划与执行能力；
• 能适应出差，英语熟练者优先。
