Responsibilities:
1) Manages team and sets team and individual goals that align with department and function goals. Coaches staff, creates opportunities for staff development, makes hiring decisions, drives performance management, recognition and rewards. Develops team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performance.
2) Provide high level consultation to improve product profitability through the design, development, and implementation of product-process cost and profitability programs (NOS, Lean, Material Consolidation, Virtual Samples) that enable categories/country to meet/exceed margin targets. Direct business efforts and negotiations with the factories, which have total brand costing implications.
3) Support the Global Costing Director and Categories in the development and evolution of an integrated long-term strategic agenda for Global Costing that is consistent with Nike's Global Footwear Strategic Plan and Priorities and the Country Strategic Plan and Priorities, with an emphasis on improved profitability and margins
4) Partner with Global Materials and local Material Director to improve margin profitability. Develop an operational plan to maximize costing strategies: implementation of the cost breakdown and confirmation of "E" models early in the process.

Requirement:
1) Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in costing and/or manufacturing in a footwear environment.
2) MBA Preferred: Finance, Business, International Business.
3) Good command of both written/spoken English and Mandarin
4) Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and organizational and timekeeping skills to interact with people, lead your team, and solve problems for the various departments of a company;
5) Possess computer skills and competency in software applications, including Word for Windows and Excel; PowerPoint knowledge a plus.
6)Travel:20% in Aisa and US
