Responsibilities:

1.Work with US Product Integrity Engineers to handle product quality requirements

2.Work with Project Engineer to solve quality issue from new product development

3.Work with Manufacturing Support Engineer to solve quality issue from product process

4.Works with other departments to ensure product design meeting international safety standard and retailers’ protocols

5.Works with suppliers to ensure product quality meeting our quality requirement

6.Implements quality assurance programs to ensure the product quality comply with company requirements, international safety standards (such as CPSIA, EU Toys Directive, FCC, EMC and EN62115) and client requirements

7.Conduct product testing and failure analysis

8.Prepares QA Specifications (covering product specification, inspection procedure and qualification plans) for Kids II Merchandises

9.Communicates with third party laboratories to ensure product safety certificate available on time

10.Able to work independently and under pressure

11.Good team player

Requirements:

1.College graduated or above. Major in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Electronics/Industrial). With 2-3 years working experience in quality field. Previous experience in USA firm is preferred.

2.Familiarize international safety standard in toys industry (such as CPSIA, ASTM F963, EU Toys Directive, EMC, ISO 8124, RoHS / WEEE Directives, ISO 9000, etc.)

3.Good hands-on computer skills using Windows, MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point)

4.Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English. Cantonese speaking is preferred.
