Job description for Senior Associate in Chengdu

1. Independently supervise and prepare PRC accounting books and reports for the clients from overseas in accordance with PRC regulations and ensure all accounting treatment in compliance with PRC laws;
2. Independently supervise and prepare PRC tax filings for the clients and assist on taxation advisories;
3. Independently prepare the international reports/internal management reports under US GAAP/IFRS/Others;
4. Liaise with internal auditing in compliance with HQ requirements in foreign invested co. (client);
5. Liaise with internal review of accounting records in compliance with PRC laws in foreign invested co.(client)
6. Liaise with the senior advisory from the view point of PRC accounting, taxation, foreign exchange control and the related.
7. Assist on implementation and improvement of internal management to fulfill daily operations in foreign invested co. (client);
8. Liaise with technical meetings with the clients or potential clients for development of businesses;
9. Assist on development and improvement of client business relationship;
10. Monitor Corporate Accounting Service team and client's accountant;
11. Assist on business advisory and implementation of client newly establishment in Sichuan and other south-west areas in China.

Requirement

1. Fluency in both written and spoken English and strong PC skills;
2. Strong communication skills with variance investors and team members;
3. Team work player and good learning skills;
4. University degree in accounting or finance, qualified accountant, CPA preferred;
5. At lease 3-5 years accounting experiences in foreign invested co. or international accounting firm in China or abroad an advantage;
6. Independent, self-motivated, mature and well organized, able to manage and implement tax and accounting issues of foreign invested enterprises in or near Sichuan province;
7. A good understanding of PRC accounting and PRC taxation;
8. Outgoing, good communication and team work spirit;
9. Hands-on experience in using ERP SYSTEM preferred;
10. Hands-on experience in setup of foreign invested enterprise and the related in Sichuan Province preferred;
11. Hectic but friendly and nourishing working environment where to grow and give play to one's own ambitions and potential;
