Must 基本要求：
- He must be natural leader's, as they will have to lead a project team including a Quality Engineer, IE Engineer, Mold Engineer.
要有领导包括质量工程师、工业工程师和模具工程师在内的项目小组的能力；
- He must be able to manage a project. Manage cost, delay and quality. Build a schedule, follow a schedule, communicate on the schedule, lead meeting at the different steps of a project.
要有管理项目、质量、交期的能力；能积极就项目进度、关键事件等进行计划、跟进、沟通协调；
- He must be able to communicate with customer about schedule and technical choice to make. So they must Read/Write English.
英语读写熟练，能用英语和客户就交期、技术要求等进行沟通；
- He must have a Mechanical bachelor degree at least.
机械类或相关专业本科以上学历；
- He must must be able to use a 3D & 2D drawing software (preferred SolidWorks, Pro-E, UG). They will need to design concept, update drawings and analyze problems.
能用SolidWorks,Pro-E,UG 等软件进行3D、2D画图，以及具备概念设计、图纸变更和问题分析的能力；
- He must understand about BOM and Routines.
对塑胶产品BOM表和生产流程有了解；
- He must understand about Quality. Esthetic, Functional and Validation procedures.
对塑胶产品的外观美感、功能和有效性等质量要求有了解；
-He must have 2~3 years experience as project leader or IE engineer.
有2年以上项目组长或IE工程师经验；
Preferred 优先考虑的条件
- They should know about our process of production to understand the possibilities and limits so they can take appropriate technical choice (injection and blowing is our main process)
熟悉注塑和吹瓶等塑胶生产流程及对相关技术方案的可能性和局限性有了解者：
- Knowledge of an ERP.
有ERP系统应用经验；
- They should know about plastics ABS/SAN/PS/PCTA/PCTG/PP/PMMA/....
熟悉ABS/SAN/PS/PCTA/PCTG/PP/PMMA/等塑胶材料；
- Experienced in injection and blowing molds
熟悉注塑和射吹模；
- Experienced to work with suppliers
和供应商合作的经验；
B) Job Description :工作职责
- He will lead the development of the new projects. He will be the entry point on technical aspect between customer and factory.
领导新项目开发，是客户和工厂之间解决技术问题的切入点；
- He will insure that his projects meets customer quality request, within the given time and within the given cost and investment.
确保项目完成能满足客户的时间、成本和质量要求；
- He will work with a project team and be in charge to communicate with customers.
和项目团队密切配合，和客户保持良好沟通；
- He will insure, with help of Quality, IE and mold engineer, that a complete documentation will be provided to production and QC explaining how to produce and how to control his product..
和质量、IE、模具工程师一起，制定完整的技术、工艺和质量要求文件，确保生产过程受控；
- He will issue BOM & Routine on his products.
制定BOM表和生产流程；
- He will insure that mass-pro start smoothly and will remain the main technical advisor on his project
确保量产顺利进行，并始终保持对项目实施的技术支持。
