岗位职责：
1. 根据生产计划安排生产工作，合理调配人员和设备，提高生产效率。
2. 监督指导生产作业过程，管控和保证生产质量，并参与产品质量问题分析，制定并实施纠正和预防措施。
3. 推行现场6S管理制度，实现生产车间标准化管理，落实生产安全制度，开展经常性安全检查。
4. 统计分析车间每日生产状况，持续改善，提高生产效率及产品质量，降低生产成本。
5. 制定员工培训计划并组织实施，通过培训，不断提高员工的技术和实际操作能力，继续储备技术人才。
6. 协调内外部门的关系，处理生产过程中发生的突发事件。
岗位要求：
1. 大专或以上学历，机械类或自动化专业
2. 5年以上电子行业制造企业（SMT & AI）生产现场管理经验，其中3年以上SMT技术经验。
3. 掌握SMT & AI制程系统的管理方法，良好的沟通协调能力
4. 掌握SMT & AI 系统的品质管理和提升方法，熟悉IPC610国际焊锡作业标准。
5. 有一定英文基础，能处理常规英文资料，熟练操作常用办公软件，熟悉SAP或ERP系统
