一、一年以上相关工作经验

二、College graduate or above in marketing, management, finance, or related field preferred

市场营销、管理、英语、经济等相关专业，大专以上学历

三、Basic English communication skill

基本的英文沟通力

四、Ability of negotiation

有一定的谈判能力

五、Computer skill

熟练的电脑使用技能，有基本的图片处理能力

六、Basic understanding of statistics

具备基本的数据分析能力

七、Self planning and ability of arrangement

具备自我计划和统筹安排能力

八、Open and clear mind, and willing to lean and team work

个性开朗，乐于学习，具备团队精神

九、有一定会计知识

工作职责：

一、 Contact with customers, collect and carry out customers’ orders.

联系客户，接收、整理、执行、保管客户订单

二、Cooperate with sales to collect selling information of customers.

与业务人员配合，收集客户销售信息

三、Provide supporting to production according to selling information

依据客户销售及订单情况，为生产提供相关数据支持

四、Prepare delivery documents and inform logistic suppliers and warehouse to delivery goods to customers.

准备出货文件，联络物流商，通知仓库出货

五、Follow the track of delivery.

跟踪送货情况

六、Deal with customers’ claim and goods return.

处理客诉及退货事宜

七、Collect all delivery note returned by customers and clear payment to logistic suppliers.

收集整理送货签收单，结算送货费用

八、Assistant finance manager to reconcile all sales data with customers.

协助财务与客户对帐

九、Office and HR issue

处理办公室日常事务，协助处理人事工作

十、E-commerce

电子商务，网上直营店的维护及订单处理
