职位要求：（经验稍逊可申请KA卖场销售，工作区域是广州或深圳，主要负责日常门店访问、销售事务处理、销售数据统计、客诉及退货、具体的促销实施等）

1、 大专以上学历，熟练电脑使用及良好英语水平；
2、3年以上大型外资快销企业KA主管（直营）工作经验，具备团队管理能力；
3、良好的商业思维能力及谈判能力和说服技巧；
4、较好的市场营销知识和技巧和沟通技巧和协调能力；
5、较强的团队管理和领导能力，良好分析能力及组织能力；

University / College degree
-3 years and above working experience in business and management related field
-Self-motivated, with drive, passion and high integrity
-Enjoy and efficient in working through others
-Results-oriented and strong desire for personal growth and achievement

工作职责：

1. 与市场部合作制定渠道产品规划

2. 带领销属团队共同达成销售目标

3. 督导销售人员按照公司标准进行日常的门店拜访

4. 通过门店的协调谈判扩大门店的排面陈列

5. 管理在门店的促销活动使之有效执行

6. 及时报告门店发生的与公司策略不一致的情况并按照公司的策略作出反应行动

7. 管理并追踪日常报表的完成情况并根据报表分析对销售人员进行培训和指导

8. 处理门店发生的与公司产品和生意往来方面相关的事务

9. 协助公司处理客户的投诉

10. 收集市场及消费者信息并提供分析判断意见

11. 客户年度合同的谈判，并监督合同的执行

12. 建议并通过谈判推进客户门店的促销、陈列活动

13. 有效控制促销支持费用

14. 带领团队与门店建立良好的客户关系

15. 培训、指导下属，建立一个有良好执行力的、高效的团队

16. 制定促销人员管理培训计划并督导实施

Main Responsibilities:

Sales training and direct

Deal with business issue with customers

Contract negotiation with customer and carry out
