职位描述：

The incumbent will:

n Take the initiative and facilitate and progress all areas of product management

n Implement new products market launch plan

n Creation, validation and communication of value propositions, including:

2 Product range

2 Initial product features and specifications

2 Competitor and market situation

2 Product positioning and pricing

Responsibilities Include:

n The PMM will own the end to end product line and will be accountable for product profitability, product planning which includes new product additions.

n Define target markets and create specific customer messaging and value propositions for target customer segments

n Create and oversee the effective implementation of product training for our products in order to maximize execution of the commercialization plan and ensure achievement of the business objectives

n Identify and respond to competitors' strategies and products

n Set product vision and strategy

n Manage the product portfolio

n Develop the product roadmap and a strong new product development pipeline

n Lead the new product proposal process

n Define the features and requirements of the products and lead the Engineering team to develop the product and bring the new product to market

n Work with the Sales team for product launch and go-to-market implementation

n Support Sales team e.g. provide product training

n Provide frequent and effective interaction and communication with multifunctional team including Sales and Marketing, Engineering and the rest of the organization about the products

n Develop product promotional plans including sales tools, literature, distribution, stocking, training and sample kits to introduce the new product into the market

n Responsible for the product P&L

n Determine sales forecast of the products

Requirements:

n Advanced degree in Engineering; MBA preferred

n 8-10 years of product management in Industrial Automation and Machinery market

n Excellent communication and negotiation skills

n Ability to travel mostly domestically but also internationally
