职位描述：

Air Customer Service Supervisor 空运客服主管 （中山市）

工作地点：中山市東區博愛五路大東裕商業中心11楼1101 ~ 1103室

* 5年以上海运客户服务工作经验。
* 良好的英语读写能力
* 个性成熟稳定，良好的沟通能力及技巧，具较高工作责任心及团队精神。

**无物流/货代相关行业经验者请勿扰。

Responsibilities:

-Develop a customer focused and service excellent team

-Ensure all customer complaints are handled properly

-Provide “customer service” training and coaching to team when necessary

-Achieve operational excellence

-Incident management—to review and establish higher standard and procedures for handling customers and carriers’ inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues

-Coordinate periodically review of SOP and quotation from M&S and overseas offices with team members ,and update management on improvement /changes to be made

-Effective team management

-Responsible for holding the team meeting on regular basis

-Develop a positive team work spirit and environment

-Review the training needs for the team and ensure all required trainings are delivered on time

-General duties

-Participate in customer meeting if required

-Regularly meeting with subcontractor to ensure service quality

-Conduct regular review of existing procedures and systems with team members

-Periodically evaluate,reallocate resources, monitor and regulate team member’s performance and workload, and provide assistance where and when necessary to ensure optimal efficiency

-Establish local SOP with shippers/consignees for norminated business when necessary

-Control and monitor the daily/weekly/monthly report quality

-Back up for other team members when necessary

-Take up additional tasks or projects as assigned by line manager
