职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 负责中心每日电话的接听，预约、咨询及留言回电各类信件包裹的收发；
2、 客户的接待以及指引；
3、门诊客户信息的登记及更新、咨询和预约；
4、与临床保持有效沟通；
5、时刻保持大厅及等候区域的干净整洁，整理书报架；
6、留意等待的客户，维持好诊疗秩序；
7、保证前台物品的充足，例如：医生名片、宣传资料等；
8、相关宣教课程或市场部活动的预约和登记；
9、做好各项信息表单工作的统计和上报；

任职要求：
1、 大专及以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验，医疗相关等服务性行业者优先
2、 客户管理、服务及礼仪相关知识；
3、熟悉计算机等办公设备的操作。 举报 分享
