Your responsibilities
? You will be responsible for all administrative and HR related affairs for the Innovation Division
? You will assist to request sample or production material from warehouse
? You will order and manage office supplies, including stationary and non-production material per request
? You will be in-charge of department scrap process, collect scrap requests from all teams, and work with the Inventory team to process
? You will be responsible for CEO’s schedule
? You will perform tasks that might be assigned from CEO from time to time

Your skills
? You are proficient in MS Office software
? You are a positive and energetic communicator and able to communicate with colleagues at all levels
? You are passionate about providing excellent customer service
? You take pride in being organized and accomplishing tasks
