Candidate Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

1、学士学位或以上；

2. Industry design, Electronics, Electric Engineering or Automatization etc. major;

2、工业设计、电子、电气工程或自动化等专业；

3. With 3 year experience at related position;

3、三年相关职位经验；

4. With knowledge of standardized management, familiar with national and industrial standards/ laws/regulations, knowledge of basic corporation management;

4、具有标准化管理知识，熟悉国家和行业标准/法律/法规，了解基本的公司管理知识；

5. Good ability on analysis problem solving, good interpersonal communication and coordination ability, strong computer operation and application ability;

5、良好的分析问题解决能力，良好的人际沟通协调能力，良好的计算机操作和应用能力；

6. Fluent in English, Speaking, listening, writing and reading.

6、良好的英语、听力、写作和阅读能力。

Job Description：
1. PLM System standardization maintenance:
1、PLM系统标准化维护：
1.1 The standardization of system data include but not limited to: drawing format, technical specification, drawing No., drawing description, dimension style, Tolerance annotation;
1.1系统数据的标准化包括但不限于:绘图格式、技术规格、图纸编号，绘画描述，尺寸风格，公差注释；
1.2 Accuracy of the data: The material classification, properties complete or not;
1.2数据的准确性:材料的分类，属性的完整与否；
1.3 Review of the introduction of new component: The necessity of introduce new component, if there is replacement component in system;
1.3 介绍新组件的引入:如果系统中存在替换组件，引入新组件的必要性；
1.4 Check the integrity of the deliverables;
1.4检查交付品的完整性；
2. Standardization of RD/Project working process:
2、研发/项目工作流程的标准化：
2.1 Work out work flow chart for product design and pilot run process and monitor the implementation. Ensure the design Verification/Validation will be completed in a proper way;
2.1制定产品设计和试运行流程的工作流程图，并监督执行情况。确保设计验证/确认将以正确的方式完成；
2.2 Work out procedure to specify the standardization of technical document/files, and monitor the implementation. Ensure the technical documents and files are complete and effectiveness;
2.2制定过程，指定技术文档/文件的标准化，并监控实现。确保技术文件和文件的完整性和有效性；
2.3 Organize the assessment to the normative of the project development process;
2.3将评估组织到项目开发过程的规范中；
3. Work out draft management procedure for product standard management and RD/project standard management, lead the implementation.
3、制定产品标准管理的管理程序和研发/项目标准管理，领导实施：
3.1 Draft related procedure;
3.1制定相关程序；
3.2 Monitor the issues during the implementation process, report to management, lead the improvement.
3.2在执行过程中监控问题，报告管理，领导改进。
