Department leader for Accounting, providing Administration & Human Resources support to Zhongshan office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

I Finance

1. Manage the overall accounting functions for branch office.
2. Coordinate and manage daily operations with outsource finance shared service center and branch office.
3. Support Regional CFO and Branch General Manager in ad-hoc projects.
4. Develop performance measures/KPIs, best practices, benchmarking and cost saving initiatives that support the Group's strategic direction.
5. Preparation of periodic financial and administration reporting and direct reporting to branch manager and South China Regional office.
6. Provide accurate, timely, and thorough reporting as called upon.
7. Cash flow analysis and forecast.
8. Participate in monthly closing, annual budget and quarterly forecast.
9. Ensure local tax invoicing is properly adhered and support invoicing tasks.
10. Keeping abreast with current and new tax and financial with strong knowledge of China taxation regime.

II Admin & HR

1. Take initiative in daily admin management to ensure a tidy and clean working environment. Liaise with Building Management Office for any office maintenance & repairs.
2. Take the office reception’s duties including but not limited to arrange couriers,
receiving visitors, stationery ordering, driver management etc.
3. Be responsible for staff’s air ticket and hotel booking; Check and settle relevant travel expense claim.
4. Review and update admin related Contracts and Business License regularly.
5. Provide HR operation support to branch office staffs.
6. To support the recruitment activity for branch office.
7. Other assigned job from top management team.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
2. Minimum solid 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the shipping and transportation field.
3. Experience in Oracle and SAP accounting software.
4. Familiar with admin works.
5. A strong written and verbal communication skill in English.
6. Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power Point tools.
7. Patient, efficient and detailed oriented.
8. A team player, flexible and can work independently under pressure.
